Create New Personnel Drop-Down
The Create New Personnel drop down function will allow the user to add a new personnel record on any form that has a personnel record drop-down list if the desired personnel record is not available. The new personnel record will be available to select/use in any personnel down-down list.

Add a New Personnel Record to the Drop-Downs
Within the personnel field begin typing to search. If the name is not included in the filtered list click the Create New button at the top of the drop-down menu. The Create Person window will open.
Type in the last name of the individual you wish to add. A real-time smart search will check to see if that name already exists. If the record exists, the user can simply select the current record and click the Select button to avoid adding a duplicate record.
If the personnel record does not exist fill in the appropriate fields (Name, Organization, Phone, etc.) and click the Add button . The personnel record will then be added to the drop-down and display on the active form version automatically.
