This form provides incident responders a single resource to reference the contact information of other responders, points of contact, and associated parties involved.

Add Communications Information
Get Personnel from Other Forms
A user can add communications information manually.
Click the Add button to add individual communications information.
Use the dropdown list to select a Name if available. If names are in the personnel list and preloaded contact information exists, the available fields will populate.
If needed, free type to enter the phone and email contact information, as well as notes.
NOTE: Users also have the option to create a new personnel record by using the Create New button . For more information, see the Create New Personnel Drop-Down page.
A user can add communications information from other linked sources. Click the Get Data button to select other sources (forms) that include personnel data available to pull into your working version. For more information, see the Get Personnel Data page. Select the form first, then the version from which to get personnel data.
